** To add the userContent.css to Mozilla or Firefox, browse to your profile
directory (usually in C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Mozilla (or Mozilla\Firefox))
and place it in the chrome folder.
** For IE, Tools -> Internet Options -> Accessibility -> User Style Sheet
